I HAD A CAT SCAN THE OTHER DAY AND THE RESULTS ARE THAT I AM 100% CANCER FREE. THIS IS THE BEST NEWS WE AS A FAMILY COULD HAVE GOTTEN. I AM GOING TO FINISH OUT MY LAST 2 CHEMO TREATMENTS AND THEN I WILL BE DONE. YEAH...........

I HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING WELL. I AM DOING VERY WELL. I ONLY HAVE 2 MORE CHEMO'S AND I SHOULD BE THROUGH. THE DOCTOR TELLS ME EACH TIME I SEE HIM THAT I AM DOING GREAT. GOD HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME AND MY FAMILY. DREW WILL TURN 12 ON SUNDAY. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT HE HAS BEEN A PART OF OUR FAMILY FOR 11 YEARS. TIME SURE FLIES. I AM EXCITED THAT SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE AND SCHOOL IS OUT NEXT WEEK. I AM HOPING TO HAVE SOME FUN AND RELAX THIS SUMMER.

IT WAS GREAT TO HEAR FROM YOU. I HAVE WONDERED ABOUT YA'LL AND OTHERS WE MET. AS USUAL, LIFE IS BUSY AND CRAZY. I HAVE BEEN LUCKY BOTH MY KIDS HAVE BEEN FAIRLY WELL. SINCE COMING BACK FROM DISNEY I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOISED WITH CANCER BUT I AM DOING WELL WITH MY TREATMENTS. WHEN I FEEL DOWN OR TIRED I CAN JUST CLOSE MY EYES AND THINK ABOUT THE MAGICAL TIME WE HAD AT DISNEY AND IT PERKS ME RIGHT UP. I ALSO GET STRENGTH FROM MY CHILDREN WHO LIVE WITH DAILY MEDICAL ISSUES. HOW BRAVE AND STRONG THEY ARE. I WISH YOU ALL WELL AND HOPE TO STAY IN TOUCH. EVEN THO WE ONLY KNEW EACH OTHER A SHORT WHILE WE HAVE A LIFETIME OF CONNECTION.
